At your request QPP can quickly and securely transmit completed drawings to an e-mail address anywhere in the world using Adobe PDF format (PDF files work on PC & Mac). This service enables you to print formal drawings within minutes of their completion. We can also use password protected encryption to insure complete confidentiality. No more worrying about last minute drawing revisions or changes when deadlines are near.  All you need is a 600 dpi or higher laser printer, Adobe Acrobat Reader and a supply of the correct size paper. * Secure Download Area - At your request, we can set up a password-protected folder on our FTP site where you and your colleagues can download your completed jobs if they are too large to email.

Having the option of electronic file transfer for drawing delivery has become an invaluable asset. You will no longer have to wait for overnight delivery to meet that tight deadline.

Once the drawings are approved, we will send them to you in any format you require such as .tiff or .pdf.

And, using the Internet, you can instantly send us copies of your specifications, better copies of the drawings, original photographs and any other material to aid in the completion of your drawings.

Upload Files

Size restrictions from our email service provider do not allow files larger than 9 megabytes to be sent to our email address. However, we have an upload area at our website that will accommodate files up to 200 megabytes. Click on the “upload” button at the bottom of the page to upload your files. After you have successfully transferred your files to our upload area, email us with the filenames of the files that you transferred. There is no limit to the amount of files that you upload, but you can only send one file at a time.  We recommend that you use WinZip or WinRar to zip the files together.  This will also make the file transfer process faster.
